We work in partnership with our clients and like many of our clients who operate a preferred suppliers list, we have our own preferred clients list. We like to work with clients who match our own professional, ethical and moral standards.

We work with a small number of clients on a detailed and intimate basis, focusing on their individual requirements. We know our clients comprehensively and are able to enlighten candidates about what it is really like to work for a particular organisation.

We are also easily able to recognise the right candidate for our clients every time, without bombarding busy HR and Manager's desks with inappropriate CVs.

In many cases, rather than just being a preferred supplier, we act as managing agent or sole agent to our clients.
