Our Associate Consultants work in specialist teams of technical expertise. Consequently, their background is often more industry focused than from the recruitment sector.
It is firmly our belief that if we recruit the right personality with the appropriate specialist background and teach them recruitment best practices, it is far more beneficial for our clients and candidates than recruiting just recruitment consultants.
Most of our people are graduates and all have the same ethics of hard work, professionalism and honesty.
We teach our Associate Consultants all the recruiting methods available to them and are not pigeonholed as 'contingent' or 'search' consultants. At Charlotte James Associates, we assign one Consultant to you, the Client, as a single point of contact for your entire recruitment needs; from advice on advertising techniques, through to interviewing prospective candidates.
Our Consultants are totally responsible for all activities that are performed for their clients, be it contingent, advertised selection, executive search or any combination therein. They are mature, responsible and fully trained professional recruitment consultants.
