Full reports are provided detailing all the agreed information required by the client along with any further factors deemed relevant.
A short list is drawn up and presented to the client with full campaign results. The whole response is the property of the client and often candidates are placed with the client in roles not envisaged by the client.
All advertised campaigns are supplemented by executive search and the Charlotte James Associates database candidates.
Charlotte James Associates is highly experienced in the design and execution of advertised recruitment assignments.
We will produce and agree advertising copy, design and set artwork, select and book the appropriate and agreed advertising space for the relevant job vacancy or vacancies.
All responding candidates are scrutinised for the client’s requirements and all the appropriate candidates are interviewed against the client’s interview criteria. This can include psychometric and technical testing.
